Michelangelo Conserva is a Research Scientist at Google Research specializing in remote sensing and geospatial foundation models. He leads the Farmscapes project, which utilizes high-resolution imagery to map biodiversity features like hedgerows and stone walls in agricultural landscapes. His work also encompasses global greenhouse gas monitoring and satellite-based fisheries management.
