Roxana represents USGBC in global climate and sustainable buildings policy initiatives, working with international partners to bridge policy and market practice and advance holistic solutions supporting decarbonization, climate adaptation, healthy indoor environments, and biodiversity.
She previously served as a senior researcher at the climate think tank E3G, leading strategic engagement in key EU countries to demonstrate the financial feasibility of building decarbonization and promote affordable, sustainable housing.
Roxana has authored numerous articles and op-eds and spoken at major European conferences. Previously co-founded a company focused on sustainable real estate in Rwanda. Holds advanced degrees in law, environmental policy, and impact assessment. Based in Brussels.
