I am an expert in sustainability, ESG governance, and social and environmental impact. Since 2020, I have led impact, sustainability, and communication at Near, an impact‑oriented real estate investment platform, where I oversee Sustainable Investment Strategies aligned with the EU Taxonomy and SFDR (Articles 8 and 9).
I direct the Annual Impact Report, the B Corp and GRESB certifications, and the integration of material ESG impacts into investment decision‑making and stakeholder engagement. With a background in ecology and socio‑economic systems, I have spent over twenty years working with social enterprises, impact investing, and urban regeneration.
