Gloria Brocchi is Chair of RICS Italy and an Executive Manager at Generali Real Estate, working within Asset Management and Sustainable Investment with a strong focus on ESG and sustainability. She has extensive experience in integrating environmental, social and governance factors into real estate investment strategies, with particular expertise in European regulatory frameworks, sustainable finance, climate risk management and ESG reporting. Actively involved in international initiatives and conferences, she contributes to the dialogue between investors, asset managers and institutional stakeholders, promoting resilient, responsible and long‑term value creation in the real estate sector.
