Anna Denell is one of Europe’s most influential leaders in sustainable development and a driving force behind the transformation of Sweden’s property sector. Beginning her career in the mid-1990s, she rose to Head of Sustainability at Vasakronan, helping position the company as an undisputed industry leader. She played a pivotal role in founding Sweden’s Green Building Council, introducing green leases to the national market, and contributing to the world’s first corporate green bond issuance. A Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering Sciences, board leader, and government advisor, Denell unites environmental responsibility, business performance, and societal progress, consistently ranking among Sweden’s most powerful environmental voices.
